How to Cancel Your Service
Cancel/Terminate your ConnectCare service(s)
To cancel/terminate your service(s) all equipment must be returned. This includes:
- the ConnectCare communicator unit
- all personal Help Buttons (wristband and/or pendant)
- all cords (grey & black)
The equipment may be returned either by dropping it off, or by mail:
