Many ConnectCare subscribers have moved away from “landline” telephones in their homes. ConnectCare now offers a “wireless” option to meet their needs.

Landline and wireless options are available for HomeSafe Basic, HomeSafe with AutoAlert, and GoSafe subscribers.

Both devices have a microphone and speaker built in to allow you to speak directly with a response centre operator, from anywhere in or around your home within range of the in-home communicator.

ConnectCare wireless communicators connect to the response centre using the third party cellular provider. No additional wireless equipment is needed. A customer phone number is required to enroll in the service.
