Activating the On the Go Smartwatch alarm is done with a simple 3-second press of the help button. In seconds, users will be connected to Lifeline and communicating with a Personal Response Associate through the integrated microphone and speaker. Embedded GPS and Wi-Fi location technology enables us to send help wherever the user is located.

You're always connected to our Canada-based Monitoring team- 24/7/365 days of the year. Simply press and hold the help button for 3 seconds.
2. Hear A Reassurring Voice
A caring Response Centre Associate will quickly access your personal profile and assess the situation.
3. Help Is On The Way
Based on your needs and preference, our Response Centre may contact a family member, neighbour, caregiver, or emergency services. We'll also follow up to confirm that you received the help you needed.

ConnectCare subscribers have 24/7 access to our fully-owned Canadian based Response Centre. Our Associates are meticulously trained to professionally, courteously and sensitively serve you.
When you sign up for service, you share with ConnectCare the contact information of the people you would like to help you in the event of a medical event or other emergency. When you press your Help Button, our Response Associates accesses your profile, and contact the people you´ve identified, and/or emergency personnel as appropriate, to get you the help you need.
