They provide Two-Way Voice Communication directly from the pendant or watch.
Fall Detection will call for help from anywhere when you can´t, the ability to call multiple contacts, and around the clock access to our Canadian response centre associates.

Our HomeSafe services provide fast access to our response centre, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It´s easy as pushing a button.
Choose HomeSafe Standard, or HomeSafe with Fall Detection. Your help button has a wide range of operation, so you can call for help from anywhere in or around your home within range of the in-home communicator.
When choosing between our Mobile services (On the Go, On the Go Mini, On the Go with Wandering, or On the Go Smartwatch) and At Home services (HomeSafe Standard, or HomeSafe with Fall Detection) for your loved one, it is best to assess which solution will allow them to live a greater quality of life.
Our HomeSafe Standard service provides help at the press of a button in and around the home whereas the HomeSafe with Fall Detection also includes technology which calls for help, even when your loved one is not able.
All four On the Go services include an advanced GPS locator, and fall detection, so that you can quickly get the help you need in your home or On the Go. No matter where you are you can speak directly through your button to our response centre, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On the Go is an affordable option for those who want to remain active and independent.
The cost of the medical alert system will vary depending on the service you choose.
