On the Go with Wandering is perfect for subscribers who have a tendency to wander, get lost easily, or confused in crowd. A SMS text is sent with a link to an online map anytime they leave home. It features an easy to read online mapping tool and caregivers can decide if, or when, to engage help from our 24/7 Response Centre. On the Go with Wandering also includes advanced fall detection technology, so that you can quickly get the help you need in your home or On the Go. No matter where you are you can speak directly through your button to our response centre, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How does On The Go with Wandering Work?
1. Tracking available round the clock
Your loved one wears their lightweight On the Go with Wandering mobile pendant which is designed to be worn 24/7 as they come and go.
2. Stay in the Loop
You receive an SMS text advising every time they leave home. Track your loved one’s general location using the link to an online map. You will also receive an SMS text notifying you when they have returned home.
3. You decide when help is needed
Continue to monitor and track your loved one’s whereabouts. If help is needed, our 24/7 Response Centre can call Emergency Services or a designated Responder if you can't respond yourself.
4. Know help is always available
Our 24/7 Response Associate are standing by if your loved one pushes their button for help or a fall is automatically detected. Our Associates will contact you, a Responder, or Emergency Services based on their needs.

Wear the On the Go with Wandering Help Button around your neck as a pendant, both inside and outside the home, for access to help when you need it! The On the Go Help Button is designed to automatically place a call for help if a fall is detected and you are unable to push your Help Button.

A rechargeable battery in the button that lasts up to seven days between charges. A unique, senior-friendly charging cradle allows your On the Go with Wandering pendant to be worn even while charging.

Response Centre
ConnectCare subscribers have 24/7 access to our fully-owned Canadian based Response Centre. Our Associates are meticulously trained to professionally, courteously and sensitively serve you.
When you sign up for service, you share with ConnectCare the contact information of the people you would like to help you in the event of a medical event or other emergency. When you press your Help Button, our Response Associates accesses your profile, and contact the people you´ve identified, and/or emergency personnel as appropriate, to get you the help you need.
