  1. In the event of a fall or other emergency, all you need to do is press your personal help button to connect instanly with our response centre.
  2. A trained, caring ConnectCare Response Associate will quickly answer your call, access your profile, and assess the situation.
  3. A relative, friend, neighbour or emergency services will be sent to help immediately, and the ConnectCare Response Associate will follow up to confirm help has arrived. Help is on the way!

AutoAlert Option

The ConnectCare AutoAlert help button is a direct line to emergency assisstance. The “AutoAlert” button contains a series of sensors designed to detect falls and automatically call for help.
